For many Spaniards, the very mention of pimientos de piquillo is enough to make their mouths water. The best of these small tangy peppers are native to the rural village of Lodosa in Navarra. The Piquillo peppers spicy nature combines well with seafood, fish and mushrooms. Also nice for salads, a garnish for olives, or just straight out of the jar as a snack.
