GREEK SALAD

Ingredients:
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 8oz Greek feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 8 stuffed grape leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 6 tbs Kalamata olive oil
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Wash and tear the lettuce into bite size pieces. Cut the tomatoes in wedges.
Slice the red onion, green pepper and cucumber.
Dice the GREEK FETA cheese into half an inch squares.
Make a vinaigrette by combining the KALAMATA OLIVE OIL, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix all the vegetables and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Mix well.
Sprinkle with the dried oregano. Garnish with the cubed feta cheese, KALAMATA OLIVES and stuffed GRAPE LEAVES.
